I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are like little studio apartments with a mini kitchen and washing/dryer machine, spotlessly clean and well-equipped, but the dining experience was not the best. The location is near lively Shibuya Crossing with plenty of nearby amenities. The service was excellent, with the staff going above and beyond to assist, though the dining options could use some improvement.

The rooms are super large, had everything I could think of, with an excellent water pressure shower, and were spotlessly clean. It felt like a cozy home away from home.
